STAFF STORY – Helen Lynch

Since joining Mpower in January 2024, Helen has embraced every opportunity to learn, grow and make a difference.

Starting as a Plan Management Officer, Helen quickly progressed to coordinating the Plan Management Team, helping establish Mpower as a trusted provider of quality and compliant supports. Along the way, she has expanded her knowledge through leadership opportunities across Therapy Services and Disability Services, gaining valuable insight into the diverse range of supports Mpower provides throughout our community.

Now stepping into the role of Client Engagement Coordinator, Helen is excited to work closely with individuals, families and teams across the organisation to ensure people receive responsive, goal-focused and capacity-building supports.

Reflecting on her journey, Helen says the most rewarding part has been seeing how every role contributes to improving the lives of the people and families Mpower supports. She credits collaboration, adaptability and continuous learning as some of the greatest lessons she has learned along the way.
