Mpower is proud to deliver Family Services Platform across South West Victoria through the Connecting, Strengthening and Restoring Families streams. Helping children, young people and families access the right support at the right time.
How Family Services Work
Every family's journey is different. The Victorian Family Services Platform provides support across a continuum of need, ensuring families receive the right support at the right time. At Mpower we recognise that every family is different and that needs can change over time. Rather than fitting families into rigid programs, Mpower Family Services takes a flexible, responsive approach that tailors support to each family's unique strengths, challenges and goals. Our focus is on providing the right support at the right time, helping families build on their strengths and achieve sustainable positive outcomes.

Aboriginal Families
Mpower recognises the important role of Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations (ACCOs) and works collaboratively with Aboriginal services to ensure culturally safe and responsive support for Aboriginal children, young people and families.
Who Can Access Family Services?
Mpower provides Family Services to families with children and young people from pre-birth to 18 years of age residing within:
- Warrnambool City Council
- Moyne Shire
- Southern Grampians Shire
- Glenelg Shire
Services are voluntary and free for eligible families
