Mpower is expanding our Out of Home Care Residential Services and we’re seeking experienced and capable individuals to step into Lead Support Worker roles within our therapeutic residential care homes.

operation of Mpower has grown from a small voluntary service to an accredited agency employing more than 100 staff, providing a range of clinical and support
services to over 1400 families regionally. Mpower now provides a range of disability services and community services and we specialising in supporting children, young people and families reaching their full potential.
About the Role
As a Residential Lead Support Worker, you will play a key role in ensuring each shift runs safely, effectively, and in line with Mpower’s therapeutic and trauma-informed approach. You will provide hands-on leadership, support decision-making on shift, and model best practice in working with children and young people who may present with complex needs and behaviours, to support them build life skills and promoting a safe and nurturing home environment.
This role operates across a 24/7 roster, including sleepovers, active nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Employment terms and conditions are in line with the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010 with the applicable classification level 3 and pay point depending on qualifications and experience.
