What You’ll Be Doing

Mpower is recruiting passionate and motivated Support Workers to join our dedicated team. This is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing tailored support across Out of Home Care, 1:1 settings, and group programs, empowering children, young people, and adults with disabilities to thrive.

As a valued member of our Disability & Accommodation Services team, you will deliver high-quality, person-centered care. Your role will involve assisting with daily living activities, fostering independence, and creating a safe, supportive environment where participants feel valued and empowered.
