Mpower is a well-established, successful, accredited not-for-profit community based organisation servicing the populations in the south-west of Victoria. Mpower has been providing a range of services to individuals and families in the south-west for 45 years.
The organisation emerged to meet the needs of families of children with disabilities in the Warrnambool region at a time when only institutional models and city-based services were available.
Over time, the operation of Mpower has grown from a small voluntary service to an accredited agency employing in excess of 70 staff and providing a range of support services to over 1200 families regionally.

Mpower is looking to recruit qualified Support Workers to join our residential team.
This role is a perfect opportunity for support works looking to make a real difference in the lives of young people living with a disability. Working in a residential environment with three young people, you will work closely with other support workers to ensure a home like feeling using a family and person-centred approach. From cooking meals and organising activities to promoting skill development and participation, no two days will be the same.
