Speech Pathology Week 2021
To celebrate, Beth will be sharing our daily Key Word Sign video to teach you some useful words and phrases.
The first Key Word Sign I'm going to show you today is ‘Mum.’
We fingerspell ‘M’ with our palm out and our 3 fingers tapping on the opposite hand. ‘Mum.’ ‘Mum.’
The next sign is ‘dad’ and we fingerspell the letter F with our fingers like this.
Cross and tap ‘Dad’ ‘Dad’
If we want to ask a ‘where’ question we put
our hands out in front with our palms up and move them out and in ‘where?’ ‘where?’ And we can put these words together to ask
the question ‘where's Mum?’ or ‘where's Dad?’
Happy signing!
